Vincent Gabaglio boasts a decade-long tenure at EUMETSAT, with a specialization in international relations. In his capacity, he contributed shaping projects aimed at facilitating access to Earth observation data and services for National Meteorological Services in regions like Africa, the Western Balkans, and Eastern Europe, and at bolstering their capabilities to provide space-based value-added services. Vincent is also contributed fostering and maintaining EUMETSAT's relationships with various policy and technical institutions. Holding a Ph.D. in satellite navigation, he actively participates in various international groups, contributing to the advancement of weather and climate monitoring from space.
