James Kinyangi

Coordinator, Climate and Development Special Fund (CDSF) at the African Development Bank

Dr. James Kinyangi is the Coordinator for the Climate and Development Special Fund (CDSF) at the African Development Bank. He holds PhD and MSc degrees in Crop and Soil Science. He leads the CDSF programmatic work on climate change adaptation, climate and early warning and conducts engagement with the fund partners. Previously, he served as the Program Leader for the CGIAR Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security in East Africa.
