Richard Belbara

BELBARA Richard is an intern at the Central African Climate Application and Forecasting Center (CAPC-AC), a meteorology engineering student completing his fifth year at the National Higher Polytechnic School of Maroua in Cameroon. Richard holds a degree in Works Engineering in Meteorology from the same school. He is very interested in the use of hydrometry and hydrological modeling to better understand the meteorological and hydrological conditions that are precursors to floods.
