Joint Workshop of WGTMR and SAGE

Lian and I are considering more tangible outcomes from the ECR engagement during IWM-8, such as bringing together the interested ECRs to draft a paper on Monsoon collaboratively. We circulated a call for interest after the workshop, and so far, 13 ECRs have responded positively and more is expected as the call is valid until 20 April.
