Celebrating the World Meteorological Day 2023 at the Egyptian Meteorological Authority

Under the World Meteorological Day's theme, "The future of weather, climate and water across generations", the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) celebrated this very special day, which took place during the WMO’s 150th anniversary, with the opening of its Egyptian Meteorological Museum to the public.

The Egyptian Meteorological Museum was, recently, built to help preserving EMA’s long-standing holdings, both material and moral, documenting the climate of Egypt and many other surrounding countries, and spreading awareness of the sciences of meteorology and hydrology observation and prediction, and climate.
