IG3IS Webinar Series (Q1-Q2, 2025)

Following the successful completion of the inaugural webinar series in 2024, the WMO Integrated Global Greenhouse Gas Information System (IG3IS) is excited to announce the continuation of this important initiative. Starting on January 28, 2025, IG3IS will host a new webinar series that spans the first and second quarters of the year. This upcoming series will feature seven informative webinars, each led by a panel of esteemed experts from a diverse range of countries, including Switzerland, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Australia, Spain, and Canada.
 
During these sessions, speakers will delve into their unique experiences and highlight good practices from IG3IS-related projects and initiatives within their nations. Participants can expect to gain valuable insights into various strategies for monitoring and improving estimations of greenhouse gas emissions. This webinar series aims to foster international collaboration and knowledge exchange, providing a platform for attendees to engage with experts and learn from successful case studies. Whether you are a researcher, policymaker, or simply interested in GHG monitoring, these webinars promise to be a rich resource of information and inspiration.
