Ahmed Mohamed Hassan is a Director of Hydrometeoolrogy Department at the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources Federal government of Somalia, with over 10 years in specifically water sector experience. Since he joined the Ministry he has been engaged with a number of regional and national projects across East Africa. His focus has largely been on the development of strategies, policies and plans that improve IWRM and ensure water security to support growth objectives.
