The main objective of the Workshop will be to train operational forecasters from Southeast Europe and Black Sea and Middle East regions on the use of different guidance tools developed by Turkish State Meteorological Service (e.g., Sending Automatic Warning E-mail Message (Lifesaver) Tool, Visualization of Flash Flood Threat Tool and Monitoring Snow Water Potential Tool) to monitor FFGS products more precisely and rapidly.
